Actimel is a brand belonging to the Danone Group that offers probiotic drinks. Its motto, 'Stay Strong', encourages consumers to keep a positive attitude throughout the day. From January to March 2018, France faced a freezing cold wave, and many discontented users shared their struggles on social media. As a result, Actimel visited Mouthe, considered the coldest village in France, to interview inhabitants dealing with very low temperatures while showing strong optimism. The goal was to provide personalized advice and support to French people in general.
