Mini is a car manufacturer and a subsidiary of the BMW group. During an analysis of the performance of the latest forms on MINI.fr, the latter mentioned several areas of optimization to improve the conversion of its forms. Mini has created new forms that better meet user expectations and can generate more leads, enrich mailing lists and obtain important information about potential customers.

To do this, the use of the pronoun « I » in the writing of forms makes it possible to include the client in a direct way and encourage them to proceed with their request by finalizing the form.
